Knutsen Maskin, the Tadano Faun crane and Snorkel aerial work platform distributor for Norway, has appointed Stefan Wiklander as a new salesman.
Wiklander, 36, is a qualified electrician and joins the company from Hellermann Tyton, a supplier of products for fastening, identifying and protecting cables and components. His principle focus will be the Snorkel product line – including Pop-Up.
Knutsen Maskin was founded in 1947 and is based in Jessheim, near Oslo Airport, it has been the Tadano Faun dealer for Norway and Sweden since 1970 and became a Snorkel distributor in October last year.
The company also sells Svetruck heavy duty handlers, Rayco Wylie load indicators and Atlas excavators.
Thor Nordahl, managing director, said: "As an electrician, Stefan gained extensive personal experience of using aerial lifts. This knowledge will really enhance our capabilities to understand the customer's needs and identify the perfect machine for them."
