6th Symposium – “Electrical Equipment for Cranes”

The HAUS DER TECHNIK (HDT), headquartered in Essen, Germany, invites you to attend the sixth symposium on “Electrical Equipment for Cranes”, to be held in Ismaning, near Munich, on 2nd and 3rd February 2009. Participants will learn all about applying regulations and standards for constructing, operating and inspecting cranes, including DIN EN ISO 60204-32 (VDE 0113032), DIN EN 954-1 and DIN EN ISO 13849-1. Manufacturers will contribute to the success of this symposium with information about new developments and with real case studies.

The event is aimed at design engineers, production managers and inspection staff who work for crane manufacturers, as well as at official inspectors and technical experts who examine cranes. Furthermore, industrial safety and health departments, trade supervisory authorities and supervisors with workers’ compensation associations are also welcome to attend.

The symposium will take place at the Deutsche Telekom conference centre and hotel in Ismaning.
