For reliable and precise continuous operation, the ram and drilling equipment from the ABI Group is equipped with Hirschmann Automation and Control force sensor technology. The fSENS sensors with CANopen interface have load pins, as well as traction and compression type load cells. They can capture exact data on shearing, traction or pressure forces and can measure static and dynamic loads with great precision.

The force sensors from the fSENS series are housed in a high-grade steel casing and are very easy and safe to install. The equipment meets the climate, vibration and shock standards EN60068-2. Depending on requirements, the sensors can be equipped with an integral or external electronic amplification system.
