Force sensor technology with CANopen interface
These sensors, which include load pins as well as tension and compression load cells, can be used for precision measurements of static and dynamic loads or accurate determination of shearing, traction and compression forces. The new force sensors are therefore suitable for using in cranes, forklift trucks or shelf conveyors.
Linearity and hysteresis values ≤1 % enable a continuously reliable load moment indication and load monitoring. The sensors can be equipped with integrated or external amplifier electronics depending on the requirements of the application.
The force sensors which have a stainless steel housing meet the climate, vibration and shock requirements of EN60068-2. Their application-specific design makes them easy to install.
