SkyAzúl selected as system provider for Bauxite Mining Division of Alcoa

SkyAzúl Equipment Solutions was selected as the system provider for the Bauxite mining joint venture of Alcoa, CBG located in Guinea, West Africa. SkyAzúl worked onsite to manage a two phase project for the installation of the iVISOR MK4E/2 and iSCOUT PRS80 systems on a harbor crane and nine mobile and railroad cranes. SkyAzúl was responsible for the design and project management for each system. The harbor crane was a German built Schmidt-Tychsen Derrick Crane with an original PAT Analog AS110 system that was upgraded to a new system. The second phase of the project included three days of operator and mechanic training.
