New parts and service director at Terex Cranes

Terex Cranes, Zweibrücken has appointed Frank Schroeder as director of parts and service. 

Schroeder will be responsible for providing customer support for All-Terrain and crawler cranes. He joined Terex in November 2000 as a project engineer in the Research & Development department.

The team reporting to Schroeder includes those responsible for replacement parts for All-Terrain and crawler cranes; service operations including both office and field service; service engineering and training in both the product support and technical training area; and the repair workshop.

Commenting on his new position, Schroeder said: “Working in close cooperation with our customers and service partners, I am pleased to be leading a Terex team that is committed to continuous improvement in parts and service support. We believe customer focus is key to facilitating a proactive approach to anticipating and meeting their needs.”
