Nifty wins best product award

Nifty Lift has won the best new product award from Australia’s Hire & Rental Industry Association. The award for the company’s Tough Cage and SiOPS safety system was presented at the associations annual convention gala dinner on Friday evening.

Nifty was unaware of being nominated for the award until it was announced, having not put the product forward themselves. Tim Ward and John King of Nifty were representing the company at the convention at the Gold Coast expo and were taken by surprise.

Ward flew back to the UK on Sunday and was able to hand it over to owner Roger Bowden and managing director John Keely at Nifty’s product launch or its new HR17 Hybrid 4X4 yesterday.

The UK’s Access Alliance of independent rental companies also attended the event at Towcester racecourse, holding a meeting during the day.
