Ormig ships first 5.5tmE

Ormig has delivered the first of its new 5.5 tonne model 5.5tmE, electric pick & carry cranes.
The new crane, which extends Ormig’s range, was unveiled at SAIE in late October.

The first unit has been delivered to Santoro, a company based in Casale Monferrato.

The Ormig 5.5tmE has a nine metre boom and is one of the most compact models the company has ever built, with a short overall length and an overall height of just two metres.

The first job involves moving production parts around a food factory.
