Alistair Jordan and Christine Taylor Of UK based rental company Rapid Platforms completed the Great North Bike Ride on Sunday and in doing so raised over £2,000 for the Marie Curie Hospice charity, with money still coming in.

Jordan said: “We completed the ride in just over 6 hours, battling against 40mph winds whenever we turned in land - we certainly earned our money. A massive thank you from both of us for all for the amazing donations, your generosity has been incredible.”
